I paid and download the app, I have been unable to open it. When I try to open the app it closes automatically. The support tab says does not exist when I try to open it. Ive had more success with the free apps for review.

I purchased this app and it wont open for me. I tried to look up your website but it gives me and error and says its unavailable. It needs to be fixed or I would like my money back.

Crashes immediately after opening the app, what a waste

The software wont start on my iPhone 5s with iOS 8. iPhone 5sですが、起動させようとしても直ぐにホーム画面に戻されてしまいます。サポートページも接続できないので、泣き寝入り状態です。

For those who have said it crashes after updating it, the fix is simple: delete the app and download it again using your same account. When it restores, it works beautifully.

Since the last iOS update the app just closes after few seconds of the beginning screen and when you want to write for app support its just an internal error even how may times you tried! I need my refund! Fix this immediately or give my refund back!

I dont know if its the app or Apple but the app will not stay open long enough to even select anything

Please update app with iOS 8 compatibility

This is a total waste of money. Just downloaded this app on my phone and it will not open. Save your money and stay away from this horrible product!

Doesnt open in ios8. Otherwise it would have gotten 3 stars, due to it lacking explanations on most questions.

I downloaded this app onto my iPhone 5s and every time I try to enter the app it shuts down. I tried to use app support and keep getting an error. So now I can not use it but I paid for it! Very unhappy and dissatisfied.

I was unable to even open the app. I try to and it crashes right away. I am in the process of trying to get a refund. I am up to date on the latest iOS on my iPhone 5S, so this isnt an old technology issue. Dont waste your time even downloading this app.

I just bought it today, downloaded it, and it will not open. Deleted it and re-downloaded it, still wouldnt open. The website also does not exist for app support .

I just bought this app and it keeps crashing I can actually say I deleted it about at least 10 times and uploaded it again and it still crashes. It wont even stay up for five seconds. Horrible do not waste your time or your money!
